We offer various shipping options for all products Internationally.

All the orders are fulfilled within 2 working days from our warehouse, this is the maximum time we take for any shipment to be processed and dispatched from our side, sometimes during holiday season and other uncontrollable events, this time may increase and we would inform you in case of any delay in processing the orders.

COD orders will be dispatched once buyer pays the shipment charges partial advance amount which depends on product and order value and this partial amount is NON - Refundable once the package has been dispatched. Team will reach out via WhatsApp/Email for payment query, this is done to filter out fake orders from real once, your support is highly appreciated. This is done to filter all the spam and fake orders that we get within India on Cash on delivery.

International buyers have various shipping options available at time of checkout, express shipping is the fastest and most secure for all international shipments.

In some countries remote area delivery charges apply which we we get in touch with you for the payment of additional charges.

If you see the shipment marked as delivered and you have not received the package then you need to contact the particular carrier for a lost claim along side drop an email at coldfusionzone@gmail.com and if you have a mailbox or a porch then it's advised to check with your neighbors as many times delivery agents put it at your neighbors mailbox or porch. We at Cold Fusion Zone are not responsible for a lost package or packages held at customs for any reason, so kindly share any special instructions if applicable at your country for custom clearance if needed, our team prepares the documents for export from our location as accurate as possible and in best of our knowledge.

Our packages clear customs at a 98% rate which means out of 100 shipments 98 of them clear customs without any issues, but if there is any special requirement then customers have to inform us within 4 hours of placing the order.

Example -  South Korea has a special identification number that customers from this region has to provide to us, without this number shipments will be held at south Korea customs.

You can always upgrade for faster delivery option even after placing the order on standard shipping (extra charges applicable) by just sending an email to coldfusionzone@gmail.com.

Standard Delivery would take up to 7 days to deliver across India and more than 15 working days+ for International shipments, please check at time of checkout.

Express Delivery takes between 3 - 4 days to deliver across India and takes around 4 - 6 days for international shipping.
