Refund policy

By purchasing anything from our store, you agree to this return/replacement policy of Cold Fusion Zone.

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a exchange. Customer can request cancellation of order within 12 hours of placing it on the store, post which our team starts processing the order and cannot be cancelled then.

Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled while it is in transit, customers are advised to collect the package and then write us an email with your concern.

After 3 days from order delivery date, No exchange request will be accepted.

Digital products are non refundable non returnable due to its nature.

If the product is no longer available in our inventory, we offer refund.

Refund will be processed after the product has been delivered back to our warehouse and inspected by our team.

No guarantee or warranty for any smartwatch, earbuds and other electronic devices since all are generic brand products. All products are checked physically and dispatched by our technical team, replacement will be sent in case product is received damaged in transit or wrong item is shipped.

For Replacement request due to carrier damage, wrong product shipped or different received, we need proper unboxing video without cuts as proof to be sent to us via email within 30 mins of receiving your package. We get to know the exact time from carrier when the package was delivered to the consignee.

Without unboxing video NO replacement claims will be accepted.

For buyers outside India, kindly double check on what product you order since it is difficult or sometimes not possible for us to refund in case you ordered a wrong item or placed a duplicate order of same item.

In any such events you need to contact us via email at coldfusionzone@gmail.com and we will help you choose any other product you want in case of a duplicate or double order or let us know the correct product you need. Also we can try to refund your duplicate order.

Requesting all international customers to kindly double check the product before placing the order on the website.

Custom clearance at destination will depend on the country customs and their law for importing goods, we at Cold Fusion Zone are not responsible in an event where destination country customs reject the entry of goods or any such unforeseen event and NO Refund will be offered for such loss of shipment. Destination custom duty is payable by consignee (customer who makes purchase from us). We ensure all shipments meet the rules and regulations of destination country as per our knowledge, and describe the shipment in best possible way we can to avoid any such events at the destination country.

If your country has any special requirement for importing goods that needs to be mentioned on the package then you need to write us the required instructions on coldfusionzone@gmail.com with your order number as soon as you place your order, any delay in writing this will not be considered since express packages are shipped out as fast as within 3 - 6 hours from our warehouse to ensure the fastest delivery to our customers.  

Unfortunately customer remorse is not accepted, we accept the exchange only in case the product is received damaged or wrong product shipped or any other issue with the product received. All products have real world images and reviews on YouTube for you to check and see your liking, we do not entertain return or replacement requests saying we don't like the product after delivery.

To be eligible for receiving the exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase which is sent to you via email.

If your replacement request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After your original order is received to us at our warehouse, our team will evaluate the condition of the product received and also the originality of the product and then process a replacement or refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
